LARRY THE CABLE GUY TO RELEASE 4TH OF JULY SPECIAL DIGITALLY

Nashville, TN- Jack Records/Warner Bros. Records Comedian Larry the Cable Guy will release his first 4th Of July Special, Tailgate Party, digitally on the holiday. The digital download package will be distributed exclusively by Basecamp Productions and will be available at http://live.larrythecableguy.com. The special was taped during a unique performance at Memorial Stadium in Lincoln, NE on Independence Day in support of Husker Fans on the UNL Campus. Larry's appearance was in conjunction with The City Of Lincoln's 2-day event, "Uncle Sam Jam."

While the football stadium and field were generally not used for non-athletic events of this kind, the Athletic Department sponsored the show as a way for Larry the Cable Guy and Athletics to thank Husker fans for their support.

Prior to the taping, Larry The Cable Guy said, "I am looking forward to the Fourth of July show at the stadium. It's a dream come true for me as I spent every football season since I was a little kid in Pawnee city listening to games coming from that field."

Larry continued, "I'd much rather be playing linebacker but since I'm a chubby middle aged man that runs the 40 in 37 seconds and pull a muscle every time I put on my socks, I'll have to stick to telling jokes on the field. I'm very honored that the university has given me permission to tape my Comedy Central special there and also excited to give my fans a show for 4 bucks. I love my home state and am very grateful for the opportunity to perform for them on this special night. Thanks to my fans for making this a possibility. Go Huskers!"

In partnership with Basecamp Productions, a digital distribution company, the special will be available for only $10.00. The high-quality recording will be DRM-Free and encoded as 256K MP3's.

Warner Bros. Records Artists And Staff Ride The Storm During WBCT's Birthday Bash

Warner Bros. Records’ Frankie Ballard, Michelle Branch, Blake Shelton and staff all braved the flood waters of the Grand River in Iona, MI during the 17th Annual WBCT (B-93) Birthday Bash this past weekend. Due to the overwhelming flood waters, the bash ended earlier than planned on Saturday and was completely cancelled for Sunday. By the time the bash was cancelled, both Branch and Shelton had yet to play. Warner Bros. Records Executives Bill Bennett and Gator Michaels came to the rescue when they both suggested Branch and Shelton, along with Craig Morgan participate in a modified guitar pull, so all three could play a couple of songs and explain to the fans what was going on. The artists and staff got together for a photo op in between all of the fun!

Gloriana Self-Titled Debut CD Set For August 4th Release on Embmem Music Group/Warner Bros. Records

Debut Single “Wild at Heart" Best Selling Song From a New Country Act in 2009

June 4, 2009 – One of Nashville’s brightest new groups, Gloriana, is set to release their much anticipated self-titled debut album on Emblem Music Group/Warner Bros. Records on Tuesday, August 4th. The 13-track album was produced by Grammy Award winner and Emblem Music Group label owner Matt Serletic (Rob Thomas, Willie Nelson, and Aerosmith). The album includes their Top 20 hit single “Wild At Heart,” which is the best selling single from a new country act in 2009. This week the single landed at #98 on the Top 200 Digital Singles Chart having sold nearly 100,000 copies of the single to date.

The foursome has already created quite a stir over the last several months opening for Taylor Swift on her “Fearless 2009 Tour.” They’ve also celebrated a Top 5 debut on the iTunes Country Album chart for their four-song digital collection The Way It Goes and their debut music video for “Wild At Heart” can be seen on both CMT and GAC. Gloriana is nominated for The Nationwide Insurance On Your Side® Award and will perform on the 2009 CMT Music Awards Tuesday, June 16th.

Gloriana’s self-titled debut album reflects both the sheer talent of this up-and-coming group and the level of commitment that they have put into making every note count. Gloriana’s soaring four part harmonies, which can be heard all over the album, have been compared to music icons such as The Eagles and Fleetwood Mac. The upbeat high energy songs “The Way It Goes” and “How Far Do You Wanna Go” display the big sound that make them so exciting on stage. While the more mellow songs “Lead Me On” and “All The Things (That Mean The Most)” showcase their passion and undeniable vocal talent. Gloriana worked with some of Nashville’s finest songwriters for the album including Jeffrey Steele (Rascal Flatts, Trace Adkins, and Tim McGraw), Trey Bruce (Faith Hill, Randy Travis, and Trisha Yearwood), Stephanie Bentley (Martina McBride, Faith Hill, and Celine Dion), Josh Kear (Carrie Underwood, Jimmy Buffett, and Hank Williams Jr.) among others.

Gloriana was formed when brothers Tom Gossin (27) and Mike Gossin (24) moved to Nashville in the Winter of 2008 and began collaborating with Rachel Reinert (19) and Cheyenne Kimball (18). After a few inspiring jam sessions, a new Country band was born. Before they even had a name, the four toured the Southeast, playing for free and coming up with different band names each night. Their first recordings soon found their way to Grammy Award winning producer Matt Serletic, who brought the group's distinct sound to Emblem Music Group. Known for his work with Rob Thomas, Willie Nelson, and Aerosmith, Matt co-wrote and produced the band's album and first single “Wild At Heart.” Gloriana’s debut album marks the arrival of a powerful and vibrant group.

Finnegan is perhaps well-known for his re-occurring appearances on VH1's "Best Week Ever," as a commentator on MSNBC's "Countdown With Keith Olbermann," and as playing Chad on "Chappelle's Show" in the infamous "Mad Real World" sketch. Finnegan has become somewhat of a fixture on Comedy Central, having starred in countless network interstitials including "Premium Blend" and "Tough Crowd with Colin Quinn" and in his own special, "Comedy Central Presents: Christian Finnegan."
