How do I register for my free account?
Just click the sign up now link on the home page to register for your free basic account. Don't forget to check the A&R Team box if you want to be a part of the A&R Team too! You will receive an E-mail with further instructions to complete your signup.


What do I get with a free basic account?
You can vote in polls, review albums, comment on news and videos, and invite your friends to the site. NEW: You can now join the A&R Team, and share your opinions on new music from WBR Nashville artists!


How do I register for the A&R Team?
Get all of the information here! You can register for a new account, or if you are already logged in with your free basic account, you can upgrade to A&R Team member.

I never got a confirmation after registering?
Please check your Spam box . the email may have gone there, or you may have entered the wrong email address. Please contact Customer Service, by clicking the Contact link at the bottom of any page on this site.


I registered but cannot access the site. It keeps saying Access Denied?
Please make sure that you are entering your password with the correct capitalization. The system is case sensitive, so you must enter your password exactly as you did when you registered for the Club.
If you still have trouble logging in, please log out of the site, clear out the old cookies and cache on your computer and then log-in again to clear this problem.

1. Log out of site.
2. Clear out your cookie and cache.
3. Log in again

This should clear the problem.



HOW DO I USE MY FREE BASIC ACCOUNT


How do I edit my account settings personal information?

1. Log in or register
2. Click on My Account
3. Click Edit tab
4. Choose account settings or personal tab
5. Edit your info, upload your personal picture and add in your signature

How do I comment on news & videos?Login or register, and click on add new comment in the news item or blog you wish to comment.


How do I send private messages to other users?

1. Login or register
2. Click on the name or user picture of the person you want to private message. This will take you to their user profile. (usernames and pictures can be found at wbrnashville.com/community)
3. Click the "Write private message" link in the user profile to send them a message.
4. Type a Subject and Message.
5. Preview and/or the send.

Or:

1. Login or register
2. Click "Private messaging" in your user navigation bar.
3. Click "Write a new message" button.
4. Type in the username of the person you want to send a private message to.
5. Type a Subject and Message.
6. Preview and/or send.

How do I invite my friend(s) to WBRNashville.com?

1. Login or register
2. Click on Invite Your Friends and colleagues
3. Type in your friend(s) email and optional message then click Submit

How do I launch the audio player on the site?
Click on Launch Audio on the right side of every page.


How do I shut off the audio player on the site?
Click on the pause (||) button on the media player, or exit out of the audio player window.


What are the minimum system requirements to fully enjoy the site?
Please note the following minimum system requirements:
Operating System: Windows Vista, XP Mac OS 10.4 and above
Browser: Internet Explorer version 6.0 or higher which can be downloaded for free here,
or Safari 2.0 or higher, which can be downloaded here,
or Firefox 2, which can be downloaded here.

What if I lost my password?
Contact us by clicking here (or click the Contact link at the bottom of any page of this site), and request to have your password re-set.
You will get an E-mail with a new one-time-use password. Click on the link in that email and you will land on your profile page. Enter a new password in the fields there and you're done!
